General Appearance: Typically, he dons a purple-and-black vertically striped vest, a simple white butler's shirt, dark rust-red and black vertically striped pants, and rust-red boots with purple and gold buckles. His hair is a medium purplish-blue, styled asymmetrically, and his eyes are an intense violet, shifting to red or grayish-green depending on the circumstances (based on a spectrum of colors related to music). His skin stays a neutral creamy shade, his face a long, oval-diamond mix. He has sharpened teeth and long eyelashes, along with thick, claw-like fingernails.
Distinguishing Features: No matter how he changes his appearance, Riven will have a musical note underneath both of his eyes, on each of his fingertips, and on both of his palms. They can fade, but never disappear.
Personality: Riven's a trickster. He loves spewing incorrect facts in a dry, analytical fashion, which, due to his ability to fine-tune his voice to hysterical levels, are usually taken in as correct, indisuputable information. Despite being fairly secretive about his past, Riven's a usual open-book around friends. When he's around strangers, he's much more guarded, and it's impossible to discern what he's actually feeling. While he does play jokes on even those he doesn't know, he always has an air of royal politeness about him.
Background/History: [anything prior to his arrival at school will be revealed through RP, rather than read here] Riven's arrival at school was awkward. He was mistaken for a pure-blooded human and almost booted out, but he managed to gather up some power - just enough that he didn't feel as weak as before, but still as weak as a bottom-feeder of a sorcerer. Shaking off that rather embarrassing start, he has started to settle into school, but has only made a single friend so far.
Other: Even if his talent resides in music, he hates it with an intensity greater than a thousand supernovas. He can't stand listening to music of any type, and avoids it whenever possible.
