Nickname/Alias: Just Auro. Or Red, for obvious reasons.
D.O.B./Age: 17 years old
Ethnicity: Caucasian, very fair genetics.
Nationality: American
Fantasy Connection: He is one quarter Kitsune. Seeing as he is nowhere near being Japanese, from which Kitsunes as a whole originate, it's likely that because of ancient contact with the Far East, Kitsunes migrated from China and Japan and other Asian states over to the West.
My Versino of Kitsune - Kitsunes are generally magical creatures, but many of them adapt better to one form of magic over another. In Auro's case, his powers are of the Element of Fire, specifically Electricity, a rare subcategory of his type. They are large, about the size of a large dog at first, and as they grow, they become about the size of a large horse. Their boies are long, lithe, with wolf-like faces, and cat-like flexibility. Their tails are also somewhat catlike.
Height: 5' 10'' and still growing.
Weight: 130 lbs
General Appearance: Tall, lithe frame. He's not very lanky, but he definitely has space to fill out. His skin is a pale creamy complexion with little marring. (in the future, he will gain red markings that symbolize his link to electricity). His hair is bright unnatural red and while it's kinda long, it's spiky. He has a long scar from his right shoulder to his left hip. His eyes are a bright sea blue, but they might be emerald green in some light.
Distinguishing Features: Bright red hair, markings on his face and back.
Personality: Initially seems laid back and relaxed, but he usually pretty wired and always ready to move. He likes to sleep but he also likes to run around. I suppose he can be described as both hyper and uber chillaxed. His attitude is somewhat tricky, his mood changes can be sudden. But overall he's pretty chill until someone gets insulting, and then he gets upset. Short temper? Not really, but some things irk him enough to say something and that usually starts fights. As far as a darker side goes - he's still dealing with a mentally traumatic past and it shows sometiems in his anger.
Background/History: He grew up with no parents at an orphanage for boys. While things were pretty much provided to them and they didn't starve, the psychological damage done on many of the children there was enough to cause strife among the kids. The result was a very gang-oriented group of boys who rebelled and vandalized whenever and whatever they could. Auro quickly needed to pick a side, stick with it, or be lunch. He needed to toughen up and quick. During those times, he learned basic street skills quick, andl earned to fight dirty and steal. At ten years old, having not been adopted yet, he discovered that his tendency to shock people without reason and similar small things was no coincidence. One magical full moon, he dreamed he chased these fox-like things all over the city, in the end earning the right to do the same. Soon after, he discovered he could turn into those fox things at will.
He started out small, the size of a regular fox, but quickly, through education and his street skills, he gained another tail. However, he couldn't hide his powers for long.
At 12 years old, a rival gang member saw him transform, and quickly acted with the interest of adopting him. When that route, failed, however, the man took to kidnapping him. The event was a double edged knife kinda deal - Auro wouldn't ever have to worry about gangs or anything associated ever again, but now he had to enter dog fights for the man who took him in order to earn a living. Thus began a two year stint where he fought dogs in illegal arenas to win the Man some cash, his size and two tails earning him a bit of a reputation - he looked something like a weird husky mix with a freaky deformity. At 14, he had enough and escaped.
For a year, he wandered from town to town, city to city, perfecting his reading skills and trying to learn something other than how to kill dogs. Eventaully, he landed a job at a supermarket at 16 years old. There he met a young man twice his size with a heart twice that - Rold Deydra. Within a year, Rold's family adopted him and soon after that, they were both shipped off to Soror et Frater for magical training.

- He has a strong fear of dogs he's still dealing with.
- His best friend ever is Rold.
- Dark spells and earth element defense magic can deal damage. He is especially weakened by prayers because prayers are often spoken by fearful hearts, and fearful hearts are hateful. If the prayers of a Hateful person are directed at him, he can be weakened.
- Iron can bind him, and if in direct contact with his kitsune form, it can burn him. Iron ammo can kill him. In human form, iron burns less but still restrains him and may prevent transformation.
